Guidelines on How to Teach the Letter Jj:

  1. Jump around while wearing a jacket. Say the word jacket out loud, while emphasizing on the beginning sound, /j/, /j/, /j/.

  3. Do the E is for Egg Paper Pasting Activity.
  4. Practice writing the letter Ee. Click here for free alphabet tracing worksheets.
  5. Color pictures of words that begin with the letter Ee. Click here for free alphabet coloring pages.

Materials:

  • outline of a jacket
  • paper cut-outs
  • glue

Directions:

  1. Paste the paper cut-outs on the jacket outline. Try to stay within the lines.
