Guidelines on How to Teach the Letter Mm:

  1. Wear a monkey mask . Say the word monkey while emphasizing on the beginning sound /m/, /m/, /m/.

Materials:

  • outline of a monkey
  • glue
  • coloured paper cut-outs

Directions:

  • Paste the paper cut-outs on the cup outline. Try to stay within the lines.

Teacher’s Note: 

Try to include gustatory activities (e.g. eating mangoes) when teaching your child the letters.

This will make it easier for them to remember. Plus, it’s a yummy activity, too!
