Here is another fun activity that you may do with your child to help him/her learn about the letter Nn.

It’s so easy to do plus it will help your child develop her fine motor skills.

The following are some other activities that you may do with your child:

  • Wear a necklace
  • Make a necklace out of beads, leaves or other materials
  • Eat nuts
  • Get a net and catch some bugs

Guidelines on How To Teach the Letter Nn

  1. Make a necklace out of leaves. Say the word necklace while emphasising on the beginning sound /n/, /n/, /n/.
  2. Show the flashcard for the letter Nn. Or point to a wall card of letter Nn. Click here for free alphabet wall cards.

  • glue
  • colourful paper cut-outs

Directions:

  • Paste the paper cut-outs on the necklace outline. Try to stay within the lines.

Teacher’s Note:

Children learn lessons faster when accompanied by a fun activity (e.g. making necklaces, catching bugs with a net, etc…)
