Master the letter C through this cute preschool activity- C is for Cat Art and Craft activity!

Having pet is a good way to learn a lot of things. And it’s especially beneficial for young children.
Here are a few benefits of having pets to young children:
- Learn how to take care of another living being
- Develop respect for other beings
- Stress reliever
- Have an instant friend
- Foster a sense of responsibility and discipline particularly if they are tasked to care for their pet’s needs (e.g. feeding, walking)
Moreover, pet animals are also great spring boards for learning because children naturally find them interesting.
Like in today’s alphabet art and craft. My students had a great time working on their letter C craft because they find cats cute and cuddly.
This letter art is wonderful for the following reasons:
- Master the letter C through a visual cue (image of a cat) and auditory cue (beginning sound of the word cat)
- Develop fine motor skills
- Foster imagination and creativity
