Start the holiday festivities in your classroom with these Christmas Headband Templates from The Teaching Aunt.
Children love Christmas, and adults, too! So it’s no surprise for schools to make a big fuzz out of this holiday season.
In fact, most schools start decorating as early as December 1st!
And I think almost all teachers would agree with me that December is an exciting month in preschool.
On top of my head, here are a couple of activities lined up at our school:
- Christmas party! (Yes, that deserves an exclamation point.)
- Christmas Storytelling Competition
- Outreach program
- Parent-Teacher Conference
- Year-end program
That’s a lot of events compressed in one month. But no one’s complaining because all of these are fun.
Now let’s go inside the classroom.
It is equally busy in the classroom as students advance their skills in reading, writing, and math.
They are also preparing for the school events lined up this December.
Sometimes I wonder, where do the teachers and students get their energy to get all these things done?
Perhaps it’s in the Christmas decorations?
Just like in this post’s free printables- Christmas headbands!
These Christmas headband templates don’t need a specific art lesson to wear.
In our classroom, I just have these headband templates ready in the art corner so the children can work on them when they want to.
